Subscription: By subscribing, you agree to a recurring monthly payment. No Trial or Refunds: There are no trial periods, and all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account on our website. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. 3. Payment Methods We accept credit card and PayPal payments for all membership subscriptions. Payments will be processed monthly and automatically deducted until the subscription is canceled. 4. User Responsibilities As a member of ABdesign Shoppe, you are granted access to download and use our digital designs under the following conditions: No Redistribution, Resale, or Sharing: You may not redistribute, resell, or share our designs in their original or edited form. Watermarks: Any watermarks included in designs must remain intact. Usage: Designs can be used to create party favors, invitations, and other digital content for personal use or client events. Violations: Proof of improper use or violation of these terms may result in termination of your membership and barring from custom order privileges. This item is NON-COMMERCIAL use only and CANNOT be resold. All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. Any accounts that are not collectible by the Company will be turned over to an outside collection agency. 5. Copyright and Licensing All design rights remain the property of ABdesign Shoppe LLC. By purchasing a membership or custom design, you are granted a limited license to use the designs for your events or client projects. You do not own the designs. Design rights may be purchased separately through our shop. ABdesign Shoppe holds the right to use designs for advertising. Photos will be blurred. 6. Content Availability ABdesign Shoppe reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue designs on the site at any time, based on the needs of the shop. I cannot guarantee printing availability from any outside printers. Please be aware that each business is different. Color may vary depending on printer setting and monitors. 7. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your information is used solely to process orders and communicate with you regarding our services. 8. Termination of Membership ABdesign Shoppe reserves the right to terminate your membership if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Terminated members may be prohibited from rejoining or placing custom orders. 9.
